Residential Academies has a large network of contacts that includes coaches, sporting directors, scouts, ex-footballers and player agents.
Every season more than 100 players take part to the professional training program developed at one of our high performance training centers in Europe.
Every year the academy organize more than 30 trials worldwide observing more than 5.000 young players from 14 to 22 years old.
The players are fully submerged into a full time football program and they live like professional footballers.

Players have the opportunity to train, study and play for a period from 3 months, 6 months and 9 months.

Players participating in the Program will develop their technical and tactical skills through a daily work program identical to that set for professional players.

At first the training program will focus on the development of the player technically, tactically and physically. Secondly and with the performances on friendly matches and training sessions at the football clubs, the player has the chance to be scouted and enrolled by a Professional Club (according to the FIFA and local Football Association rules).
